The transportation of steel grate is a very important link. There are many unknown factors in the transportation process that will damage the steel grid, which will bring inconvenience to the installation of steel grate. When loading and transporting, the same size type number should be put together to make good packing, to ensure the stability of the steel plate in transit, and to prevent the falling, friction and scratch in the way of unstable placement.
Attention should be paid to the following points in the transportation and packaging of steel grilles.
1. The steel grid (also known as steel grille) packaging lower part of the wooden side, with twisted square steel and fasteners to facilitate the loading and unloading forklift.
2. The export of steel walkway grating, because of the spread of pest risk, must comply with the provisions of the national laws of the destination, channel steel or plywood instead of square wood. Specific packaging requirements can be agreed by both suppliers and suppliers.
3. When lifting, do not use the twisted square steel or flat steel grill as the lifting point. This will damage the steel grid, and the bottom of the packing should be used as the lifting position.
Loading and unloading need to be known:
1. The steel lattice plate bearing flat steel and the edge flat steel have high strength only in the high direction of the steel lattice plate (perpendicular to the plane of the steel plate), and the lateral unreasonable stress will cause deformation or damage.
2, it is recommended to use nylon hoisting belt for lifting and unloading. If wire rope hoisting is used, attention should be paid to protecting the edge flat steel of steel grid plate to prevent permanent deformation or damage on the outside of the steel grid plate.
3. If forklift truck is used for loading and unloading, it should prevent the fork teeth from seriously impacting (impact) the flat steel outside the steel grating.
4. Considering the convenience of acceptance and installation, please put the signs and steel numbers on one side for easy viewing. Do not cause loose bags during loading and unloading. Do not pile up at will.
