China Swage Locked Grating

Swage locked grating also can be called aluminum steel, the bearing bar of swage-locked grating can be either I-shaped or rectangular. Thy are manufactured by inserting hollow tube cross bars into pre-punched holes in the bearing bars. The cross bars are then swaged forming a positive mechanical connection. The cross bars are recessed below the top surface of the bearing bars providing a uniform and attractive architectural appearance.Under the same conditions, I-shaped swage-locked grating is lighter and lighter than the rectangular swage-locked grating.
Steel grating can be widely used in petrochemical, water plants, sewage treatment plants,municipal engineering, environmental engineering and other fields of platforms, walkways, trestle bridge, ditch cover, covers, ladders, fences and railings etc.
