Steel Grating Installation In Construction

It consists of upper clip, lower clip, M8 six corner nut, gasket and so on. For the frequently opened steel grilles, the steel grate plate clamp specially designed and manufactured can be used for fixing. In principle, there are no less than four sets of mounting clamps for each steel grate (about 1 square meters). It is recommended that permanent welding should be done without changing, which is safer and more durable than installation.

There are two ways of fixing the antiskid steel grate with welding and mounting clamps. For permanent, no need to remove, welding can be used and welded to support. Specific position, in each corner of the plate on the first flat steel, weld length is not less than 20 mm, height is not less than 3 mm fillet welding. The installation clamp has the advantages of not destroying the zinc layer and convenient disassembly. Each plate should adopt at least four installation clamps. For larger plates, it is better to install more than a few more on the available supports.
